Job Description

As a Center Manager at PEP Schoolv2, Bengaluru, your main objective is to provide outstanding experiences to parents and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Take P&L responsibility and lead sales & marketing efforts to meet targets while optimizing costs for a positive EBITDA - Manage the admissions process end-to-end and ensure smooth onboarding of new enrollments - Promote the day-care program and drive enrollments to meet revenue targets - Handle parent escalations effectively and retain enrolled parents - Engage with parents by providing updates, coordinating with educators, and enforcing school policies - Manage support staff and partner with Academic Coordinator to oversee educators - Drive operational excellence by developing a training plan, managing finances, and ensuring safety standards are met - Serve as a role model of PEP Principles and empower team members for continuous learning and improvement Qualifications: - Passionate about Education and Child Development - Strong communication, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills - 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles or HR function - Prior experience as an educator, preferably in a Montessori or progressive school In this leadership role, self-reflection and continuous learning are essential for success.
