Central Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Analytics & Insights

• Analyze key metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create actionable insights and reports for leadership.
• Build and manage real-time operational dashboards.

2. Execution & Process Improvement

• Lead and implement strategic operational initiatives across departments.
• Establish controls to sustain improvements and prevent issues.
• Standardize processes across clinics for efficiency and consistency.

3. Performance Monitoring & Rapid Response

• Track KPIs and escalate deviations promptly.
• Drive corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with clinic teams, zonal leaders, and central departments (marketing, tech, and finance).
• Support strategic decisions through operational insights.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

5. Technology & Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation and process digitization.
• Support the design and implementation of operational systems and tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of technology into daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
