You will design hiring funnels, induction, and ongoing training to embed service culture, then drive a cadence of audits and performance metrics that keep guest ratings high. The role is partner-facing as well, ensuring franchise properties operate to Zostel standards, with periodic travel for setups and audits. Candidates with proven hospitality operations leadership, process discipline, and comfort with on-ground execution will thrive in this culture-first team.
