The Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Oversee the planning, timelines, and delivery of organization's programs across multiple regions.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of program execution worldwide.

Partner Coordination

  • Supervise reporting and data flow from community and delivery partners into central systems.
  • Ensure partners adhere to budgets and performance standards.

Customer Experience & Escalations

  • Serve as the main escalation contact for students, parents, and mentors in both paid internships and course programs.
  • Handle sensitive issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer insights (VoC) to guide program and partner improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SDRs and the Community Manager to ensure seamless partner onboarding and program delivery.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to drive improvements across sales, community, and operations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in program or operations management (preferably in education, nonprofit, or edtech).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage delivery across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working with and coordinating external delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset, with confidence in handling escalations and feedback.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a startup environment.
