Center Manager

You are seeking a dedicated and proactive Center Manager to lead the operations at the Sonipat Center of Excellence (COE). Your role will involve managing day-to-day center activities, delivering training in Basic English and Computer Skills, and creating a professional and supportive learning environment for all candidates. - Take complete ownership of the centers operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. - Conduct training sessions in Basic English and Computer Skills. - Track and monitor candidate performance; provide additional support and mentoring when required. - Coordinate with the head office for administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance. - Maintain and ensure the functionality of all training materials, IT infrastructure, and equipment. - Promote the center in the local community to increase awareness and enrollment. Your required skills and qualifications include: - Strong leadership and center management capabilities. - Ability to teach Basic English and Computer Literacy effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. - Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and reporting. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in education, training, or center management are preferred. However, individuals with strong relevant skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply, even with limited experience.
