Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager at FitFormance in Ahmedabad. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure the studio maintains high service standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring client satisfaction, coordinating personalized programs with trainers, maintaining studio equipment, and driving membership growth. The individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients and staff, creating a welcoming and organized environment. Qualifications Sales and marketing experience to drive membership growth Team management skills, including staff scheduling and operational oversight Customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively Organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with fitness, health or luxury services is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferable
