Job Title: Center Manager Location: Bengaluru About the Role: We are looking for a confident and proactive Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure a positive environment for around 100–200 students. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage student attendance, discipline, and overall coordination. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty. Maintain administrative records and ensure process compliance. Coordinate with management for events, classes, and schedules. Foster a supportive and well-disciplined learning environment. Requirements: Any graduate (no specific stream required). Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local language Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage large student groups (around 100–200 students). Prior experience in managing a centre or educational institute preferred.
