Position Title: Center Manager & Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time/Bangalore

Reports To: Partners/Directors

Position Summary
The Center Manager & Program Coordinator ensures seamless daily operations at a GeekSpoc business hub, providing leadership for multi-project IT service delivery, internal and external training, placement activities, and resource coordination. This hybrid operational and client-facing role demands sharp project management, people leadership, and an agile approach to supporting client and business needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across GeekSpoc’s office and client sites: project execution, talent deployment, upskilling modules, and staffing solutions. Own resource allocation: assign, monitor, and optimize teams for technology projects and training sessions; maintain schedules and ensure full project readiness.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, supervise project/service delivery, manage SLAs, and resolve operational escalations promptly.
  • Directly supervise project teams, technical trainers, administrators, and support staff; foster a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Lead onboarding of new staff, trainers, or contract personnel to urgent or ongoing client engagements.
  • Quality-assure delivery of all external and internal training initiatives, including a la carte and custom upskilling programs.
  • Ensure legal, regulatory, information security, and HR compliance for all operations.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on delivery KPIs, utilization, client feedback, and operational improvements for GeekSpoc’s executive team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering, IT, management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT service center, project office, or consulting business operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery and training/placement solutions business models.
  • Hands-on leader with high adaptability and a track record of driving team accountability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with project/resource management software, reporting tools, and office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month

  • Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
