Role Overview

Center Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Center Operations & Overall Ownership

• Take complete ownership of

  day-to-day center operations

  , including academics coordination, administration, infrastructure, and discipline.

• Ensure smooth functioning of classes, faculty schedules, student services, and center processes.
  
• Implement SOPs, policies, and guidelines as defined by Head Office.
  
• Manage center-level compliance, documentation, and audits.
  

2. Sales, Admissions & Revenue Management

• Own admissions targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics for the center.
  
• Lead counseling, parent interactions, follow-ups, and closures.

• Track leads, walk-ins, conversions, and revenue through CRM and reports.
  
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  

3. Marketing & Local Brand Building

• Plan and execute

  local marketing strategies

  to drive walk-ins and enrollments.
• Conduct seminars, demo classes, school/college tie-ups, roadshows, and events.
  
• Coordinate offline marketing (banners, stalls, events) and support local digital promotions.
  
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.
  
• Strengthen brand visibility and trust in the local market.
  

4. Team Management & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage

  sales counselors, faculty, operations, and support staff

• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
  
• Motivate teams to achieve targets while maintaining a positive work culture.
  
• Ensure team alignment with organizational values and objectives.
