Job Title: Centre Manager Location: Bangalore, Indiranagar Experience Required: 3+ Years No. of Positions: 1 Job Summary: Manya Education is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Manager to oversee the operations, sales, and service functions of our center in Bangalore, Indiranagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction while managing and mentoring the team effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive overall brand revenue for the center across all product lines (Test Prep/Admissions/ELT/Online/Others) as per the assigned target. Execute target achievement plans and ensure sales funnel management with lead tracking. Maximize conversions through efficient team management and optimized channel utilization. Support marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase footfall at the center. Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges. Engage in customer house calls, online consultations, and second-level counseling to support the omnichannel customer experience and assist the sales team with closures. Encourage and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies across multiple product lines. Conduct cold and hot lead calls to drive enrollments. 2. Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence: Ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) achievement as per the defined framework. Address and resolve escalated admission service concerns promptly. Oversee customer grievances, ensuring timely resolution within SLA timelines. 3. Operational Management: Collaborate with the Operations Manager and faculty for optimized batch planning. Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth infrastructure and administrative arrangements. Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accurately maintain and report MIS on NAV. Manage and optimize inventory distribution efficiently. 4. Centre & Team Management: Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure team engagement, development, and retention. Collaborate with the regional operations and business development (BD) team to implement local strategies effectively. Oversee facility management and administration for seamless business continuity. Foster professional growth through training, certifications, and learning & development programs. Maintain the upkeep of the center and escalate infrastructural issues as necessary. Key Deliverables: Achieve overall brand revenue targets for the center. Meet or exceed sales management expectations as per the audit scorecard. Attain the targeted CSAT (TP) score within the defined framework. Ensure learning and development assessment scores and certifications for self and team.
