Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Drive Center Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead follow-up, walk-in conversions, and upselling programs/services. Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and inquiries to generate new admissions and demo class bookings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and teachers to encourage referrals, repeat business, and timely renewals. Renewals & Retention: Consistently meet student renewal targets by tracking schedules, engagement, and satisfaction levels. Event-Driven Lead Activation: Plan and execute open houses, demo days, and recitals to attract new leads and drive conversions. Center Operations Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the center, including scheduling classes, teacher coordination, and upkeep of the facility. Cash & Admin Handling: Maintain accurate records of petty cash, inventory, and administrative tasks. Teacher Coordination: Ensure smooth communication with teaching staff for class scheduling, feedback, and support. Sales Reporting & CRM Updates: Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
