📢 Hiring: Center Manager – Eye Mantra Hospital

About the Role:

Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day‑to‑day operations: OPD, surgical, diagnostics, support services
Lead, train, and manage multidisciplinary teams
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and accreditation readiness
Drive budget planning, revenue goals, cost control
Champion patient satisfaction and outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration or related field
3–5+ years’ experience in hospital operations (preferably in ophthalmology)
Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality systems
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
