Center Manager

As Centre Manager, you will be the backbone of our institute—overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring student satisfaction, and driving business performance. You’ll be responsible for creating a vibrant learning atmosphere while maintaining operational efficiency and academic integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:

  Oversee daily functioning of the centre including scheduling, infrastructure, and logistics.

• Team Leadership:

  Recruit, train, and manage faculty and administrative staff. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

• Student & Parent Engagement:

  Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through regular feedback, counseling, and grievance redressal.

• Sales & Admissions:

  Drive enrolments through local marketing, lead conversion, and community outreach.

• Academic Coordination:

  Collaborate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of curriculum, test schedules, and academic excellence.

• Financial Oversight:

  Manage budgets, fee collections, and cost optimization.

• Compliance & Reporting:

  Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and report performance metrics to senior management.
