Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager based in Indore. The Center Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, counsel students, manage administrative tasks, coordinate training sessions, and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities include scheduling and organizing training programs, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the center to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in using management software and tools
• Relevant experience in the education or training sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
