Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head located in Ellenabad. The Center Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school integrated coaching programe , including managing staff, ensuring academic standards, and maintaining discipline. Responsibilities include developing and implementing educational programs, monitoring student progress, and engaging with parents and the community. The Center Head will also be responsible for administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with educational regulations.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in educational administration and curriculum development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and interact with students, parents, and staff
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Master&aposs degree in Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role is a plus
