Center Head

Key Responsibilities Operational Management

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the healthcare center.
• Monitor and optimize workflow processes and patient flow.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.

People Management

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and resolve issues.

Patient Experience

• Ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Address patient grievances and feedback effectively and promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and stakeholders.

Business & Financial Oversight

• Drive center profitability through effective budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue targets.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards.
• Coordinate with internal quality teams and external auditors.
• Lead internal audits and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).

Preferred

• Experience in managing multi-specialty clinics or diagnostic centers.
• Knowledge of EMR/HMIS systems.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
