Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational Management Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the healthcare center. Monitor and optimize workflow processes and patient flow. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance. People Management Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. Monitor staff performance and provide training or coaching as needed. Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and resolve issues. Patient Experience Ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence. Address patient grievances and feedback effectively and promptly. Maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and stakeholders. Business & Financial Oversight Drive center profitability through effective budgeting and cost control. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue targets. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards. Coordinate with internal quality teams and external auditors. Lead internal audits and implement corrective action plans. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI). Preferred Experience in managing multi-specialty clinics or diagnostic centers. Knowledge of EMR/HMIS systems. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
