Center Head (Female)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the preschool, including procuring and arranging instructional resources, auditing classrooms, and observing activities. You will need to address parents" concerns while maintaining positive relationships with them. Additionally, you will manage staff, ensure implementation of policies and procedures, and provide an explorative and comfortable learning environment for the children at the center. Dealing with vendors for infrastructure issues, acquiring and maintaining business prospects, and preparing and executing budget plans to ensure cost-effectiveness will also be part of your role. You will be accountable for NPS, admissions, and attrition at the center. Hiring, training, and evaluating teachers" performance, as well as mentoring and supervising teachers and support staff, will be crucial. Working actively with teachers to uphold high curriculum standards will also be expected.
