Job Title: Center Head cum Senior Counsellor Department: Admissions / Student Recruitment & Center Operations Location: Nirman Vihar Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryThe Center Head cum Senior Counsellor is responsible for managing center operations while driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets. The role requires expertise in student counseling, conducting sessions in schools, and leading a team of counsellors to deliver high performance. This position demands strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to ensure an excellent student and parent experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & CounselingCounsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, career options, and admission procedures. Conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, and presentations in schools to promote programs and generate leads. Handle escalated inquiries and provide personalized support to ensure smooth admission processes. Conduct one-on-one and group information sessions, webinars, and campus tours. Center Management & Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and motivate a team of counsellors to achieve individual and center-level targets. Allocate tasks, set performance benchmarks, and conduct regular team reviews. Ensure high-quality counseling standards, professional conduct, and timely follow-ups by the team. Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and compliance with processes. Business Development & OutreachBuild strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions for collaborations, school visits, and education fairs. Work closely with marketing teams to execute admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Drive lead generation through both offline and digital channels. Reporting & Performance TrackingMonitor key metrics: leads, walk-ins, conversions, revenue, and student satisfaction. Maintain accurate student records in CRM/admission software. Submit timely reports on admissions, outreach activities, and team performance. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business Management, or Marketing preferred). 3–6 years of experience in student counseling/admissions. Mandatory: Experience in school sessions and team handling. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
