CCTV Technician

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CCTV & Access Control Technician to handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CCTV, biometric devices, access control panels, and networking, with the ability to provide reliable technical support and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & Analog), DVR/NVR, and related security equipment.
• Install, program, and maintain access control systems (biometric devices, RFID, card readers, door controllers, and electric locks).
• Conduct routine maintenance, system upgrades, and preventive checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues in CCTV and access control systems.
• Perform site surveys, system testing, and commissioning of projects.
• Ensure proper alignment, focusing, and coverage of surveillance cameras.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of installations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during installation and service work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV / Access Control Technician or in a similar security system role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, access control devices, biometric/RFID systems, and power supply setups.
• Good understanding of computer networking (IP configuration, LAN/WAN, port forwarding).
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• Physically fit for field work and working at heights.
• Good communication skills for client interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
