Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring

Conduct continuous live surveillance of guest areas, points of sale (POS), back-of-house operations, and designated high-risk zones including vaults, counting rooms, and loading docks.

Incident Detection & Prevention

Identify suspicious behavior, safety hazards, theft, fraud, or advantage play (in casino environments).

Promptly escalate incidents to management or security when required.

System Operation

Operate and control PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras, digital recording systems, and integrated alarm monitoring systems with precision and professionalism.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate daily activity logs.

Prepare clear and detailed incident reports suitable for management review or law enforcement use.

Evidence Preservation

Properly flag, export, label, and secure video footage related to incidents for investigations, audits, or legal proceedings.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all surveillance activities comply with local gaming regulations, liquor laws, privacy laws, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
