Job Title: CCTV Surveillance Executive – Salon Operations Job Role & Responsibilities:🔸 CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitor live CCTV footage across all salon branches throughout the day. Ensure proper functioning of all CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment. Identify and report any suspicious, unsafe, or unethical activities within the salon premises. Monitor staff behavior, hygiene practices, and adherence to salon SOPs. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of surveillance data. 🔸 Client & Service Monitoring: Monitor live operations to ensure clients are being attended to properly and as per salon service protocols. Track the number of clients served daily per branch through observation and system reporting. Review service delivery (hair, skin, beauty) for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on service flow, wait times, and client handling for operational improvements. 🔸 Operational Reporting:Prepare daily reports on: Number of clients attended. Type and volume of services delivered. Staff performance observations. Any deviations from standards or policies. Share reports with HR, Quality Team, and Branch Managers. Key Skills Required:Knowledge of CCTV operations and surveillance systems. Good observation and attention to detail. Basic understanding of salon services and customer handling standards. Strong reporting and communication skills. Integrity, discretion, and professional ethics. Work Structure: Reports to: Operations Manager / HR Manager Branches Covered: All assigned branches (via remote surveillance or direct visits, as required) Work Hours: As per salon operational hours, generally in shifts (e.g., 10 AM to 8 PM) Expected Daily Monitoring Metrics (Example for Reference): Branch Clients per Day Services per Day
