Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Operator to join our team at G4S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining security systems, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain CCTV cameras and other security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve security issues and improve overall system efficiency.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of security equipment to prevent downtime.
Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent future incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a CCTV operator or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm response procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with access control systems and incident response procedures.
