Job Description

To ensure smooth front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, and support the overall functioning of the salon. 🛠 Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management Greet clients warmly with a smile and professional attitude. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area. Answer telephone calls promptly and politely. 2. Appointment Handling Manage salon booking software/appointment register. Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per client requests. Ensure stylist/therapist schedules are well-coordinated. 3. Customer Service Provide accurate information about services, prices, and offers. Handle client queries and complaints professionally. Offer beverages or reading materials to waiting clients. 4. Billing & Cash HandlingGenerate bills accurately. Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions securely. Maintain daily sales and cash reconciliation report. 5. Sales & Promotions Upsell and cross-sell salon services and products. Inform clients about ongoing promotions, packages, and memberships. 6. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain client database with updated contact details. Track client visit frequency and service history. Submit daily sales, appointment, and feedback reports to the manager.
