This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, providing user support, maintaining network security, and assisting with the setup and upkeep of devices and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues across hardware, software, email, internet, and networking. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other IT infrastructure. Ensure timely resolution of issues through remote or on-site support. Maintain system updates, antivirus software, and data security protocols. Support the onboarding/offboarding process by setting up and deactivating user accounts and systems. Monitor backups and data recovery systems to ensure business continuity. Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in IT procurement as required. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, or specialized technical support. Maintain documentation of all issues, resolutions, and standard procedures.
