Job Description

Your key responsibilities 
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts across the global marketing teams, from an internal agency perspective
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing managers and brand leaders to understand their priorities and challenges
  • Be comfortable managing relationships with multiple accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Identify new relationships, opportunities and position the internal agency as the partner of choice within key accounts
  • Work with service delivery leaders to ensure the strategic positioning of the competencies within existing and potential accounts
  • Identify account pain points and work with service delivery to proactively propose solutions
  • Be aware of industry trends and explore which of these trends can be leveraged to best serve the EY marketing
  • Be comfortable working with business penetration targets provided by leadership. Manage the measurement and reporting of progress against these targets
  • Identify opportunities to grow business through existing relationships by generating interest among accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
  • When required, act as intermediary between the internal agency and the marketing managers for specific projects
  • Track and forecast account metrics. Assess current penetration and reports on the status of existing accounts and new business

  • Understanding of Creative Agencies and related ecosystems

  •   
     To qualify for the role, you must have 
  • Bachelors degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
  • Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
  • At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment out of which 5 years should be at an agency account management role

  •  Ideally, youll also have 
  • Experience of managing or leading accounts and project initiatives on large scale transformation perspective

  •  Technologies and Tools 
  • Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
