Job Description: Catering Supervisor Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Catering Supervisor to manage daily corporate breakfast, lunch, and dinner services and oversee events. This role requires ensuring all client requirements are met, maintaining quality and service standards, and handling events from setup to conclusion. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Catering Supervision: Visit client locations daily to oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Ensure that all food and beverage arrangements are prepared and presented as per the client’s specifications and company standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel for timely service and replenishments. Handle any client concerns or last-minute adjustments with professionalism and efficiency. Event Management: Supervise on-site events, including setup, execution, and cleanup. Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless operations. Monitor food service, guest interactions, and adherence to event timelines. Address unexpected issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Direct and motivate staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Provide on-the-spot training and guidance to maintain high service standards. Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve issues. Client Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with clients to confirm requirements, special requests, and feedback. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect food quality, presentation, and service to meet company and client expectations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all locations. Reporting: Prepare daily reports on services provided, challenges faced, and client feedback. Report inventory usage and event needs to the relevant department to ensure proper stock management.
