We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events and day-to-day operations. Ensure all food and beverage services meet quality and safety standards. Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. Assist with planning menus and coordinating with chefs and event planners. Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards. Requirements: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervision. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and customer service skills. Food Safety certification is a plus.
