About the Role:

Catering Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for luxury catering services by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, wedding, and social event segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the brand’s growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in sales, preferably in

    luxury hotels/banquet sales

  • Strong network within corporate, wedding, and premium social event segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
