Catering Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Catering Sales Manager to join our hotel’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue through the effective sales and coordination of banquets, events, and group catering. You will act as a liaison between the client and hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new catering sales opportunities
• Handle inquiries for banquets, weddings, conferences, and social events
• Conduct client site visits and presentations
• Negotiate and finalize catering contracts
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth event execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field
• Proven experience in banquet/catering sales in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
