Category Manager

You will be part of Urban Company, a technology platform that offers various services at home to customers. As a Category Manager, your responsibilities will include driving on-ground operations by onboarding new partners, enhancing the quality of the existing partner base, problem-solving, analysis, process improvement, and execution. You will support Business Heads in category management activities related to supply/demand planning and revenue planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive onboarding of service professionals by managing the full supply chain - sourcing, selection, and training of partners - Contribute to projects focused on enhancing customer and partner experience - Collaborate with internal partners in marketing, technology, and product for executing various category and central level projects **Qualifications Required:** - More than 6 months of work experience - Sharp and hungry professionals willing to go above and beyond to create impact - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve ambiguous problems, and be highly outcome-oriented - Hustle and get things done attitude In this role, you can expect a great work environment with massive ownership and growth opportunities.
