Role Overview: As a Category Manager at One Impression, you will be responsible for driving marketplace growth and optimization by implementing operational strategies to enhance creator discovery. Your role will involve building pricing structures, boosting order volume, and optimizing fulfillment processes. You will lead end-to-end creator onboarding operations and oversee supply-demand management to ensure timely availability of creators. Additionally, you will track key operational metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to market expansion and strategy development. Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational strategies to enhance creator discovery and ensure brands can access the right creators for campaigns. - Build and operationalize pricing structures balancing efficiency, scalability, and value for brands and creators. - Implement initiatives to boost order volume, optimize fulfillment processes, and increase brand spend on the marketplace. - Design a structured communication framework similar to Airbnb to standardize brand-creator interactions. - Lead creator onboarding operations, establish pricing strategies, and oversee delivery automation workflows. - Monitor key operational metrics, track performance KPIs, and use data analysis to enforce operational playbooks. - Collaborate with product/tech and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency and align onboarding operations with demand generation. - Scale marketplace operations in India and develop an operational roadmap for international expansion. Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years in marketplace management, e-commerce, or related roles. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and data analytics to optimize marketplace functions. - Marketplace Expertise: Strong understanding of supply-demand mechanics, pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships. - Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage data for marketplace insights and optimization. - Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external engagement. - Leadership: Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally to drive marketplace growth.
