CategoryNC Discount, COGS%, DTCM & Media spends

Key Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales & growth for the brand acrosschannels Marketplaces, Retail & website to identify opportunities ofgrowth

End to end responsibility from planning to execution on allbrand building inputs Influencer marketing & Media deployment

Budget for, manage the execution of, and track the success ofall our marketing programs across media & influencer metrics, as well aschannel metrics

End to End Responsibility of New Product Development Scopingtrends to determine what NPDs we need to launch when, working with stakeholdersto take it from concept to launch

Building a business case for new launches & planning theirgo-to-market across relevant channel

Work with supply chain stakeholders to ensure forecastingaccuracy & fill rates across all channels

Actively seek out new avenues to drive growth for the category

Experience & Qualification

Preferred:

1. Pref MBA graduate withgood academic record

2. Previous experience inchannel (KAM)/growth/category/brand building roles in D2C or FMCG companies

Mandatory:

1. At least 2-3 years ofpost-MBA work experience in the marketing function OR 4-5 years pre-MBA workexperience
