About the role:

Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive P&L for assigned category
• Lead end-to-end assortment planning and lifecycle management
• Analyze market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities
• Plan inventory to ensure optimal availability and sell-through
• Develop pricing, liquidation, and promotional strategies
• Work closely with vendors to optimize margins, quality, and lead times
• Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for go-to-market planning
• Review and manage product catalogs, pricing sheets, and vendor terms
• Build and lead a motivated team to scale category growth

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Passion for fashion retail and deep customer empathy
