About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team for a leading women's wear retail brand. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers, planning campaigns, and ensuring our brand message reaches the right audience through creative partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about fashion and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with our target audience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities in the fashion industry.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand values.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop creative briefs for influencer partnerships.
  • Track the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and suggest improvements for future partnerships.
  • Represent the brand in influencer communications, ensuring all partnerships align with brand identity and values.
  • Collaborate with the social media, content, and design teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideating innovative influencer marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for women’s fashion and the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying influencer opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting would be a plus.
