Category Manager

JD

• Manage the category lifecycle including product assortment, pricing inputs, promotions, and visibility across the e-commerce platform
• Track category performance daily and take quick actions to improve sales, conversion rate, availability, and discoverability
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and content teams to launch new products, optimize listings, and scale winning SKUs
• Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the category and execute fast experiments to drive growth

Preferred Candidates

• 2 to 5 years of experience in category management, e-commerce operations, or business analytics, preferably in a high-growth environment
• MBA from a Tier-2 B-Schools or any UG degree from any top tier colleges
• Experience in dental, healthcare, wellness, or regulated product categories is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide decisions
