Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Category Executive - Micro EBO Onboarding. The Category Executive will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new micro exclusive brand outlets (EBOs). Daily tasks will include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth setup and operation of new EBOs, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance and profitability of the EBOs, maintaining inventory levels, and providing support to store managers. Qualifications Experience in onboarding new EBO or SIS in MBOs Experience in Retail Management, Store Operations, and Inventory Management Ability to conduct Market Research and Sales Data Analysis Strong Coordination and Communication skills Proficiency in developing and implementing Strategies for performance improvement Excellent Problem-Solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of fashion accessories and the retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field Show more Show less
