Category Executive- Micro EBO Onboarding

Role Overview: You will be a Category Executive - Micro EBO Onboarding at Akava Luxurious, a premium manufacturing unit specializing in high-quality fashion accessories. Your main responsibility will be managing the onboarding process for new micro exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) in Noida. This full-time on-site role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring smooth setup and operation of new EBOs, market research, sales data analysis, strategy development, and supporting store managers to improve EBO performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various stakeholders for the onboarding process of new micro exclusive brand outlets (EBOs). - Ensure smooth setup and operation of new EBOs. - Conduct market research and analyze sales data. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and profitability of EBOs. - Maintain inventory levels and support store managers. Qualifications: - Experience in onboarding new EBO or SIS in MBOs. - Proficiency in Retail Management, Store Operations, and Inventory Management. - Ability to conduct Market Research and Sales Data Analysis. - Strong Coordination and Communication skills. - Proficiency in developing and implementing Strategies for performance improvement. - Excellent Problem-Solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of fashion accessories and the retail industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.,
