Should be good in Managing Juniors
Is good at planning, directing, delegating. Strong on analytical skills. Believes in monitoring, follow-up & implementation.

Is able to hand hold, guide and groom the team working with him/her. Should have good communication skills. Good Knowledge on processes.

Good Knowledge on Excel.

Who Can Apply

Ideal candidate would be the one who worked in General merchandise, Core category for 3-5 years. Currently a Junior grade Manager with a good track record. Should be good with the people and Process. He must have decent knowledge about category with high interest levels to learn and perform.
