With a rapidly growing user base, we are expanding our content and operations team and are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Category Associate to join us. Role: Category Associate As a Category Associate , you will be responsible for driving the growth, efficiency, and performance of a specific learning category on our platform. You will work cross-functionally to execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies , support category development , and contribute to growth initiatives . 📍 Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – No Hybrid/Remote) 🕒 Work Days: 6 days a week 🕰️ Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM 📅 Experience Required: 1 to 3 years 🚀 Joining: Immediate or within 15 days. Key Responsibilities: Support the Category Manager in building and executing GTM strategies Coordinate with educators, content, marketing, and product teams to drive category success Track performance metrics and use data to identify growth opportunities Manage daily operations within your assigned category to ensure timely execution of initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to influence strategic decisions Help plan and execute campaigns and promotions to boost category performance Ensure high learner satisfaction through coordinated support across teams Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in category management, business operations, strategy, or growth roles Strong understanding of GTM, business strategy, and growth frameworks Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Must be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru (no remote/hybrid) Available to work 6 days a week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Show more Show less
