Role Snapshot

You own Zavya’s product catalog end-to-end. From naming a design to optimizing its first-look thumbnail, you make sure every sku tells a compelling story, loads lightning-fast, and converts browsers into buyers across our D2C site and all partner marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Master Catalog Ownership:

   Maintain a single source of truth for 1000+ SKUs — titles, descriptions, specs, Filters, Meta Tags, GTINs and pricing always clean and current.

2. Content Quality & Consistency:

   Write and edit copy that blends SEO keywords with Zavya’s warm, confident voice. Run regular audits to eliminate errors and duplicates.

3. Asset Management:

   Coordinate with creative, studio and retouching teams to ensure best-in-class images are available and updated across platforms.

4. Speed-to-Market (TAT)

   Slash listing lead-time: target <48 hours from sample approval to live status; build SOPs and trackers to hit it.

5. Cross-Channel Expansion

   Adapt catalog for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion etc. — respecting each platform’s schema and ranking algorithm.

6. Event & Campaign Readiness and conversion Optimization:

   Spin up themed collections, gifting guides, product bundles for sales events, festive drops and influencer drops. Analyse CTR, add-to-cart and CVR by product page element; iterate titles, hero images, badges and icons to lift KPIs.

7. Data Hygiene & Reporting

   Own catalog KPIs: live-SKU %, image compliance %, TAT, content score. Daily Reporting.

Must-Haves

• 3-5 years in catalog / product-content management for a high-SKU e-commerce brand or marketplace (fashion, jewelry or beauty preferred).
• Sharp command of Excel/Sheets, bulk-listing templates, familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Eye for aesthetics plus obsession with data accuracy.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written English
