eCommerce Catalog Executive

Requirements:

• Create, upload & manage product listings on Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Walmart, eBay, Shopify & other marketplaces
• Handle parent-child (variation) listings & bulk uploads using flat files
• Optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions & keywords for SEO & performance
• Troubleshoot suppressed or inactive listings & resolve catalog errors
• Coordinate with the design team to upload A+ Content, Brand Story & infographics
• Monitor & update product data to ensure accuracy, consistency & compliance
• Perform competitor analysis & keyword research
• Managing the whole team of Catalog
• Maintain catalog hygiene by auditing listings regularly
• Work closely with the Account Management team to support client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business or related fields preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce catalog management (Amazon, Walmart or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Flat File Templates
• Hands-on experience with bulk listing uploads, variation creation & troubleshooting
• Familiarity with keyword research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
• Good command of Excel & Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple catalogs/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of A+ Content, GTIN Exemptions, Hazmat & compliance handling is a plus
