Job Design: Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation Faculty (CAT Coaching) Position: Part-Time Faculty – Logical Reasoning (LR) & Data Interpretation (DI) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in CAT/GMAT/GRE coaching or relevant teaching experience Job Type: Part-time, Rotational Shifts (Morning/Evening/Weekend batches) Mode: Online - Work From Home --- Job Purpose: To deliver high-quality instruction in Logical Reasoning (LR) and Data Interpretation (DI) for CAT aspirants, ensuring conceptual clarity, problem-solving speed, and exam-oriented strategies. The faculty will be responsible for designing lesson plans, conducting doubt sessions, and providing personalized feedback to students. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching & Instruction: - Deliver structured lectures on CAT LR-DI topics (Seating Arrangements, Puzzles, Venn Diagrams, Bar/Line Charts, Case lets, etc.). - Use real CAT exam patterns (past papers, mock questions) to enhance problem-solving techniques. - Conduct speed and accuracy drills for time-bound sections. - Adapt teaching methods for different student proficiency levels (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced). 2. Content Development & Curriculum Design: - Prepare study material, handouts, and practice sets aligned with the latest CAT trends. - Design topic-wise quizzes, sectional tests, and full-length mocks. - Update teaching content based on new exam patterns (e.g., Non-MCQ questions in CAT). 3. Student Performance Monitoring: - Evaluate student performance through regular assessments. - Provide personalized feedback on weak areas and improvement strategies. - Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes as needed. 4. Exam Strategy & Mentorship: - Teach shortcut techniques, elimination methods, and logical approaches for LR-DI. - Guide students on time management and section prioritization in CAT. - Motivate students and maintain high engagement levels. 5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks: - Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports. - Coordinate with other faculty members for integrated mock tests. - Attend periodic faculty meetings for curriculum updates. --- Skills & Competencies Required: ✔ Expertise in CAT LR-DI (Puzzles, Syllogisms, Data Sufficiency, Graphs, etc.) ✔ Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Ability to simplify complex concepts for students. ✔ Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms). --- Work Schedule & Shift Details: - Part-time - Rotational shifts - Flexibility to handle multiple batches --- Performance Metrics: ✅ Student feedback ratings (min. 4/5 avg.). ✅ Improvement in student mock test scores. ✅ Retention rate of students in batches. ✅ Timely completion of syllabus. --- Qualifications & Experience: - Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in CAT LR-DI (coaching institute or online platforms). - Preferred: CAT percentile of 95+ (if applicable). - Strong academic background (Engineering/Math/Stats background is a plus). --- Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly/weekly payment (based on experience). - Incentives for high student performance. - Opportunity for full-time conversion (if applicable). --- Application Process: Interested candidates should submit: - Updated resume with teaching experience. - Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹900.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Evening shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
