About the Job

Manager – Operator Relations

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing
international clients and generating new business leads
.
Routing client SMS traffic through
alternate international vendors
in case of delivery issues or price changes.
Collaborating with internal teams to
resolve client-related issues
quickly and efficiently.
Monitoring
daily credit usage, delivery reports, and currency consumption
for all international clients.
Proactively tracking
delivery rates and pricing trends
, and escalating concerns for faster resolution.
Handling
reconciliation of invoices
for both vendors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You’d Have

Bachelor’s degree
with a minimum of
8 years of relevant experience
in operator relations or international messaging.
Strong understanding of
SMS routing mechanisms
and experience working with
global aggregators
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
, especially
Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Excellent
communication and analytical skills
with a client-centric approach.
Prior experience in
sales or client relationship management
will be an added advantage.
