Carrier Relations Manager

You will be responsible for managing international clients and generating new business leads. This includes routing client SMS traffic through alternate international vendors in case of delivery issues or price changes. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor daily credit usage, delivery reports, and currency consumption for all international clients. Proactively tracking delivery rates and pricing trends, and escalating concerns for faster resolution will also be part of your responsibilities. Handling reconciliation of invoices for both vendors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance is another key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in operator relations or international messaging. - Strong understanding of SMS routing mechanisms and experience working with global aggregators. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). - Excellent communication and analytical skills with a client-centric approach. - Prior experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.,
