Car Sales Executive

As a Car Sales Executive at our dynamic sales team, your role involves selling new and/or used vehicles to prospective customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Your key responsibilities include: - Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs through active listening and consultative selling techniques. - Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, including test drives and providing in-depth product knowledge. - Maintaining a strong working knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. - Preparing and presenting finance and insurance options when applicable. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager. - Building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. - Assisting in maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard. - Accurately completing all paperwork and administrative processes in compliance with dealership standards. - Following up with leads and prospects through calls, emails, or CRM systems. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
