Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles to prospective customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and consultative selling techniques. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, including test drives and in-depth product knowledge. Maintain a strong working knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Prepare and present finance and insurance options where applicable. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard. Accurately complete all paperwork and administrative processes in line with dealership and compliance standards. Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, emails, or CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
