Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at First Fiddle Restaurants, located in Ghaziabad. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Day-to-day tasks include managing reservations, supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen for timely delivery of orders, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Additionally, the Captain will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support training and development of new staff members.

• Proven experience in customer service and hospitality management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
