Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at Effingut Breweries, located in Gurugram. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the brewpub, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. Tasks include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, handling customer queries and feedback, and training new employees. The Captain will also assist in organizing and promoting theme nights and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
