The Role

Our role will give you the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies, while partnering with a genuinely collaborative professional services clients to provide Early Careers & Campus Services. Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate – contact us!

As an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Creation of bulk campus offers ensuring accuracy and consistency in the offer
  details
  
• Releasing offer letters and managing acceptance process on the ATS (Oleo) tool
  
• Tracking the offer statues and deadline to ensure timely follow up’s
  
• Identifying areas for process improvement to streamline the offer management
  process
  
• Documentation & upload of the required details on the tool/ folder
  
• Offer SOP updates & hosting training as & when required
  
• Ability to test the new feature enhancement of the ATS tool in case of any new
  release

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• 1-3 years of experience preferably is talent acquisition space
• Attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast
  paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a
  high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in using Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools like
  Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Oleeo and/or other HR software is
  often required.
