Campus Recruiter

The role involves assisting recruiting management in defining the college campus strategy for identifying, recruiting, and assessing college hires. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and evaluating potential new college graduates to meet the hiring needs of the Lines of Business. Your duties will include contributing to the formulation and implementation of the campus recruiting strategy, which may involve innovative approaches to attract talent from educational institutions. You will play a key role in the candidate selection process, organize and oversee campus events, and establish and nurture relationships with various campuses. Collaborating with Oracles Lines of Business, you will help create a recruiting plan to secure high-quality hires at a competitive cost. Additionally, you will be tasked with determining interviewer lists for specific campuses, coordinating interview events and office visits, and providing regular reports on recruiting activities to management and relevant stakeholders. Utilizing social media platforms, you will work on enhancing brand visibility on campuses and within the broader college community. Developing promotional materials for on-campus recruitment activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall recruitment objectives.,
